We are re-evaluating this program in Fall 2018 and will provide updates as available.
In order to qualify to participate you will need to meet the following criteria:
Be a Hope College Employee
Verified need to lose 60 pounds or more
Commitment by employee to optimize sessions with the Nutritional Coach and Personal Trainer
Absence of a medical condition that would necessitate a medically supervised program.
Hope College commits to providing the following services:
Weekly meetings Jessica Fashun, Wellness Director
Twice a week sessions with one of our Hope’s Certified Personal Trainers
Meetings with Licensed Counselor, if needed
Pre, Mid, and Post Assessments which include weight, blood pressure, percent body fat, and fitness assessments
PHASE 1: September - Christmas Holidays
Week of September 4 – Introductory Meeting Week
Week of September 11 – Nutritional Meetings Begin
Week of September 18 – Personal Training – Assessments and Workouts Begin Week
December / January – Final Phase 1 Assessments / Evaluation / Introduction to Phase II
PHASE 2: January - End of April PHASE 3: May - End of August
COST PER EMPLOYEE: $100
Please review the attached information and return the Commitment Sheet, Medical History, and Medical Clearance Form, to the Wellness Department in HR, Dow Center, prior to August 1st.
