Here is a fabulous post from Dr. Sara Gottfried about how to get off sugar in 3 days. It's takes a little planning, but if you follow these steps I can tell you that it works. Most importantly, before starting this process, you must believe that getting off of sugar is possible! Act as if, Yes, it’s the slogan of every 12-step program, and I know it sounds hokey, but rigorous science proves that it works. You must believe that change is really possible for you. In other words, you can follow all the steps in the article below, but if you don’t believe it’s possible for you to get off of sugar and sustain your efforts, you won’t!
